How long will it take to receive my order?

Blank bag orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is made, while personalized bags take up to 10 business days to ship. We should send you an email confirmation of you order within that amount of time. Should you not receive a confirmation, please email us because we may not have gotten the order. It is rare, but it does happen. We will email or call you if the item you selected is not in stock or the color you selected is not available.

Orders can be rushed for an additional charge.

Samples

Samples below $10.00 (first column price) will be sent for free on customer's UPS account. If customer does not have a UPS account a shipping fee of $7.00 will be charged. Sample orders above $10.00 will be charged in full.

Shipping Charge

Shipping charge is based on the location and the weight, please email us with the model number, total number of bags and your zip code and we will respond with a shipping quote as soon as possible.

Order Tracking:

If your order was shipped via UPS you will receive an e-mail message the day it shipped with your tracking number, estimated delivery date, and a link to track it''s progress.

Return Policy:

We guarantee all merchandise sold by Bag Republic for 30 days from delivery date. If you are not completely satisfied with your blank good purchase, you may return it within the 30 days for a prompt refund, excluding any shipping costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or Bag Republic error, the initial shipping charges (Standard UPS Ground ) will also be refunded - please note that defects must be revealed within 30 days of product delivery. Returns may incurr a 10% restocking fee - please ask your representative if that applies to your purchase. Please email or call us before shipping out any goods - you may not receive a refund without an RMA number. Printed goods CANNOT be returned.
