| How long will it take to receive my order?
We generally ship within 1-2 business days after the payment is made, Samsonite and Timberland products ship in 10-14 business days. We should send you an email confirmation of you order within that amount of time. Should you not receive a confirmation, please email us as we may not have gotten the order. It is rare, but it does happen. We will email or call you if the item you selected is not in stock or the color you selected is not available.
Shipping Charge
Shipping charge is based on the location and the weight, you can calculate the charge with our real time shipping calculator. We always offer $6.95 UPS ground shipping on all products for delivery within 5 business days of the item's shipment.
Order Tracking:
If your order was shipped via UPS you will receive an e-mail message the day it shipped with your tracking number, estimated delivery date, and a link to track it's progress. You can also track the item by going to www.UPS.com or by calling 1-800-PICK-UPS.
Return Policy:
We unconditionally guarantee all merchandise sold by Bag Republic. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days for a prompt refund - Excluding any shipping costs. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error, the initial shipping charges (Standard UPS Ground) will also be refunded. Return of Samsonite and Swiss Army products will incur a 10% restocking fee, an exchange of those brands will not be subject to the restocking charge. All returns and exchanges must be authorized before being shipped. Please call 1-800-873-6403 to get a return authorization and the return label.
